Since they just started laying, they are different sizes. I learned that the longer they lay, the larger they get. I was kinda nervous to try them, but I decided to make a few for Rea and myself for breakfast.
Double yolk in the first one. I added 2 more local eggs, 1 store bought egg, milk, cheese and seasoned with salt. End result...good!!! Not any better or worse tasting than the regular.
