As I approach Reagan's crib to get her up from a nap, this is what I see.....

First Day of "Summer"

Here's Reagan playing outside with friends a few weeks ago. This was our first official "summer" outing. She's not quite ready for the swing, huh?

Loving the Outdoors

The three of us spent some of Valentine's day having lunch outside and laying around on blankets. This was Reagan's first time sitting outside on her own. (meaning..not in a stroller, in some one's arms, etc.) Needless to say, she LOVED it..the wind in her hair!

Great Anticipation

We are just thrilled! After living here for a year, our clubhouse is almost finished!!! Here are some pictures of the pool, playground and covered area. We will have many fun times around that pool in the years to come. Come visit us....the invitation is ALWAYS open!

The good and the bad...

...of being a mommy!!!

GOOD.....We are now riding in the front of the cart and LOVING it! Rea loves looking around and smiling at everyone. I love having ALL that room in the back of the cart. Here we are at Walmart...I used my Germ Off Disinfecting Wipes to clean the cart first. (You know, I just HAD to do that...I have to uphold the overprotective first time mom reputation and because I've been reading about all the fecal matter found on shopping carts!!! Disgusting!) (Sarah, you enjoy that though, don't you?:) ) *Note...I did not take the wipes into the store, although I wanted to.* It took me forever to get this picture because she was looking ALLOVER. (picture below) I looked like a real goober in the parking lot, but obviously, I didn't care that much.

BAD....full blown teething! Runny nose, swollen eyes, fever, no sleeping, miserable! These pictures don't do it justice...wish you could see how slimy her face was from tears and snot.

Regardless, life is so good!

No title and no pictures...picture it in your head....I'm sitting on the computer (in the office)trying to write progress reports for the kids I tutor, but I'm really procrastinating because I don't want to do it.

All I can hear is Jon snoring from the bedroom...obviously he's sound asleep.

Rea is sleeping downstairs in her car seat...where we left her when we got home. I'm just waiting for her to wake up crying, then I'll be pissed I don't have the reports done. I'll have to stop and feed her and put her to bed.

Ok, just wanted to capture this moment. Oh, the life I live.

So, I made such a big stink about my birthday, but I never recapped the day/weekend.
The day of...

• had a play date with all of Reagan's little friends from our Healthy Moms group
• tutored like usual
• went to Melting Pot with my man...yum.

next day...

• Jon took the day off of work and spent the day with us
• went to an Everblades hockey game (Go blades!!! They lost though!)

We had dinner and icecream cake at mom's and lunch and brownies with the other side.
