The D & J Adams family started a tradition last year by going to a local pumpkin patch. This is as close as we get to fall festivities in southwest Florida. (Pumpkin patch = local Methodist church puts a bunch of pumpkins in their lawn and sells them to the public as a youth fundraiser) We all meet up there, pick out pumpkins, and take a bunch of pictures. We then meet up again over the weekend to carve the pumpkins, eat yummy fall desserts, and the kids decorate cookies. Good fun and great memories! The pictures below are a few from our visit to the P.P. last month.

Does she have reddish hair? I thought it was light brown, but she sure looks like she matches the pumpkins!
When the light hits her hair a certain way, you can see a strawberry tint. That's from my mom's side! :) Great observation, auntie!
