We’re all good!

Often when the blog is quiet, it means that we are B*U*S*Y and I feel like we are doggy paddling to stay afloat. We are still B*U*S*Y, but its filled with a lot of REALLY good stuff….being together, being home, and filling love tanks (at least I feel that way). 

Daddy has changed his work schedule slightly, so we have had him for 3 Saturdays…. ALL day….ALL to ourselves! We also loved having Labor Day with him. He’s been working extra hard on little household things with us too. More on this at another time…

Some of us have been ironing a lot, but it definitely has NOT been me which is unfortunate. We visited a fun splash pad/pool with friends.

When bread goes stale, we’ve been “sword” fighting!

We had a lovely day off from school while we waited on the horrible  weather from Tropical Storm “Isaac”…ended up being hardly anything. We used the day for some late-summer cleaning and box coloring.

We’ve been eating our shoes, a little crazy, but A LOT of cuteness!

We are good. Really good. We are blessed. Really blessed. Trying to live this….  “God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in him.”
